Güldem Karamustafa-Köse holds PhD in Management. Güldem specializes on the process of learning and adaptation and examines how individuals, groups and organizations can learn and grow through diverse experience. Her research evolves around the themes of organizational learning, cross-cultural management and sustainable development. She collaborates with fellow researchers on various projects and provides guidance and support to professionals. Güldem also has an undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering and a Masters degree in HRM. Prior to embarking on a career as a researcher, she gained experience as an HR professional at a multinational.
